Rutger Smith - He won a silver medal in the
World Championships in Helsinki and a silver in the European
Championships Indoor. Both on the shotput. In the year 2005
Rutger showed the world that he belongs to the top of the shotputathletes.
He also does some discusthrowing, and not bad at all! -

Paula Radcliffe - She astonished the world
with a 2.15.25 in London (2003) on the marathon. Great Britain
can be proud on Paula. On the track Paula is a good athlete
on the longer distances. With her "funny and strange"
looking run she always keeps amazing us! -

Rønholt runs the 800m. Her website has a nice design
